"Claudia was introduced to me to do JUST a staging consult on my house before we listed it for sale. My ex had filled my basement floor to
ceiling, wall-to-wall with stuff. Claudia offered to go through it for me, so for about a week I came home every day with piles and piles of stuff that I had to go through and just put different coloured sticky strips to indicate what I wanted to do with it and she dealt with every single piece. Then she went through and patched up the holes in the wall, painted feature walls, fixed a broken eaves trough etc. After all this, she then staged my house and made it look like a completely new home.

The first day it was listed, in the first hour, I had two showings booked for that evening and it sold to the first showing – for full asking price. Claudia is naturally gifted for being able to see a space and imagine exactly how it should look. There may be a stager for every realtor office but they are definitely not all created equal and Claudia is a step above everything else I have seen.
